Cancellations
As a sole practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my valued clients, where our relationship is built on mutual trust & respect. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $60 cancellation fee to the card on file. No shows will be charged for the full treatment. However, if you fill your spot, I'll waive your fee! Plus, if I cancel on you with short notice, your next massage will be free! Thank you for your support.
